Chef Brent has been cooking for the past 25 years. Starting his career at the round table restaurant in Winnipeg where he got his first taste for the industry. Later enrolling at Red River College and working at the Sheraton Downtown Winnipeg.

After several years working in Winnipeg the call of the west came. Brent moved to Lake Louise and took a position as JR sous chef at the Lake Louise inn and later moved to Calgary to work at the Sheraton cavalier hotel. After a number of years out west Brent moved back to Winnipeg to become the executive chef of rossmere golf and country club. Approximately ten years ago Brent realised a dream of owning is own company and with his wife formed All Seasons Catering.

Together they also run the food service at the Manitoba legislatures were they regularly serve our provincial leaders as well as visiting dignitaries.  Brent is also a board member of the Winnipeg chapter of the CCFC and a team member of culinary team Manitoba.
