Traveling to South Africa over 12 years ago, M-J began her journey to becoming a chef. Having already worked in the food industry in Canada she had an interest in letting it become her choice for a career. After studying hotel and restaurant management at a Swiss run hotel college, M-J worked for Sun Hotels in South Africa.
